1. The candidate must ensure they meet all eligibility criteria mentioned in the official notification.
2. Any false information provided will lead to immediate disqualification and potential legal action.
3. A candidate is allowed only one registration. Multiple entries may result in rejection.
4. Registration on this portal does not guarantee selection as a Home Guard volunteer.
5. Application fees (if any) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
6. By registering on this website for One Time Registration, registered user agrees to abide by the usage of this website..
7. Registered user shall furnish correct information only and if any time, it is found that wrong information has been provided, he/she is liable to be debarred from applying in any of the future examinations.
8. He/she shall upload his/her own photo and signature in the prescribed format.
9. He/she shall upload his/her own certificates and degree required as qualifying documents for various examinations. If it is found during the verification process that wrong information appears in uploaded documents and web-forms, he/she may be liable to be debarred from future examinations.
10. He/she shall try to apply well before the last date of the applying, to avoid rush on the website.
11. He/she shall not try to double register on the website. Any such registration may debar him/her from future examinations.
12. If the website is found to be having some technical issue at any point of time, neither the Home Guards Department nor the Developer or hosting service provider shall be liable. However, the Home Guards Department shall try to provide equal and fair opportunity to all applicants in such cases.
